We have developed innovative modelling techniques for highly complex competition and financial issues. Our work has contributed to a heightened standard of economic evidence in litigation globally, particularly in class actions.
We offer career opportunities across our growing network of offices. In addition to our headquarter offices in London and New York, we are in the process of opening offices in Johannesburg and, in 2020, we will establish a physical presence in Asia.
We offer competitive, benchmarked salaries and highly attractive, annual performance bonuses. Our compensation structure is transparent, to ensure that our employees know they are being paid fairly against their peers and understand their long-term compensation progression.
We offer flexible working hours and some remote working to all our employees, to accommodate different lifestyles and out of work commitments. We also offer a range of competitive benefits which includes gym membership subsidies, staff events, 25 days holiday plus a holiday purchase scheme, a charitable giving via payroll and paid time off for charitable events, private health insurance and other benefits.
We recognise the need for a diverse office and are committed to building a working environment where employees feel safe and welcome, regardless of who they are or where they come from. We pride ourselves on being able to have open and respectful dialogue on diversity and we work hard to continuously improve along the way. Moreover, we are starting to work with leading professional organisations that encourage workplace diversity, and we are supporters of the Partnership for Global LGBTI Equality, an initiative of the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, BSR and the World Economic Forum.
Rapid Career Progression
Employees also have the opportunity to diversify into a number of different career paths according to individual strengths and interests. These include Economic Consultancy, Project Management, Data Science and Origination.
Training & Development
We subsidise continuous learning by offering a yearly tuition budget, to ensure our staff continue to be at the leading edge of their academic knowledge, along with an enhanced professional development offering. We also offer all our project managers and people managers training to develop people and project management skills.
Variability of Work
Our expertise spans the full breadth of economic analysis for litigation. Whether it be work in competition litigation, securities fraud or abuse of dominance, there is no risk of being "pigeon-holed" at Fideres. Moreover, we offer consulting services throughout the litigation timeline, from initial investigations of wrongdoing to allocating settlements.
