The Application Process

Applying

To apply you will need to send us your CV along with a cover letter. We look for a thoughtful and well considered cover letter, along with a Masters in Economics or equivalent for our Economic Consultants, and proven strong programming skills. Once you apply you will receive an auto-generated email to let you know that we have received your application. We try to respond to all applications individually but due to high volume of applications sometimes it can take us some time to do this.

Interview Stage 1

Depending on the role you are applying for, you will be asked to present a 5-minute presentation on a topic related to our business, to our senior consultants. You will need to prepare the slides and a 1-2-page summary for us to read in advance of your interview. Questions on your presentation and other technical questions will follow after your presentation.

Interview Stages 2 and 3

You will meet a mix of associates, directors and our head of HR for further competency-based questions.
