How to Apply

Applying

To apply you will need to send us your CV along with a cover letter. We look for a thoughtful and well considered cover letter, the relevant qualifications for the role you have applied for, and strong programming skills. Once you apply you will receive an auto-generated email to let you know that we have received your application. We try to respond to all applications individually but due to high volume of applications we receive it can sometimes take us some time to do this.

Pre-Interview Assessments

Depending on the role you are applying for, you may be asked to complete a pre-interview technical assessment.  This technical assessment will either focus your communication skills or your programming skills, depending on the role.  For our client facing roles, you may also be asked to present a 5 minute presentation on a topic related to our business.   You will need to prepare the slides and a 1-2 page summary for us to read in advance of your interview.

Interviews

For the majority of our roles, we have a three stage interview process.  The main purpose of our interviews is to further assess your technical skills, assess how well you communicate complex topics, and make sure that you have sufficiently researched what we do and the role itself.  More generally it is a chance for us to get to know each other better and look at your fit into the team.  You will meet a mix of our team members, the line manager for the role, and our Head of People & Culture.
