Professor Kenneth Flamm and Professor Luis Cabral have filed their expert reports in the antitrust class action alleging Apple and Amazon colluded to raise iPhone and iPad prices on Amazon’s platform, with economic analysis and support provided by Fideres.
The expert reports address key economic questions central to the plaintiff’s allegations that Apple and Amazon conspired to eliminate third-party Apple resellers on Amazon Marketplace, reducing competition from approximately 600 sellers to just seven authorized resellers. Fideres applied proven methodologies for analyzing horizontal agreements and market manipulation, drawing on extensive experience in digital platform competition economics.
