Fideres’s Head of People and Culture, Kate Bicknell, and Fideres’s Chief of Staff, Russell De Souza, contribute to the CIPD’s Flex From 1st campaign.  The Flex From 1st campaign is supporting changes in the law to make access to flexible working arrangements more equal, and is part of a government task force reviewing post-pandemic flexible working arrangements
