Fideres flags the anticompetitive implications of IBAN discrimination with the European Commission.
Dr. Chris Pike, Fideres’s Managing Director and Head of Digital Markets, spoke to the UK Law Society about the ways in which public and private competition enforcement can change to deliver more inclusive markets. The panel, including Satyen Dhana of Simmons & Simmons, and Sophia Real of Google discussed both how to increase diversity amongst competition law practitioners and Chris’ policy advice to competition agencies, governments and private practitioners on how to change the way that they examine cases in order to ensure that the decisions that are reached contribute towards building more inclusive markets.
