Fideres flags the anticompetitive implications of IBAN discrimination with the European Commission.
The German press have commented on Fideres’s work on US Treasuries. This follows after Fideres’s analysis was used in a class action complaint which was filed on August 26, 2015. This complaint alleged that the defendants were inflating yields (and suppressing prices) in the US treasuries auction.
